We are a family-owned local on Beauchamp Road. Good coffee, honest food, and a welcome that makes you want to come back tomorrow.

Who We Are

Matraville's local, since day one.

Cafe Bacetti sits at Shop 6, 133 Beauchamp Road, right in the heart of Matraville in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We are a family-owned and operated cafe, and that shows in every detail: the way we greet regulars by name, the care that goes into each plate, and the coffee that is dialled in fresh every single morning.

We keep the menu grounded in what people actually want to eat. Classic Australian cafe fare sits alongside a handful of dishes with a little more character: a Portuguese chicken burger that has earned its place as our most-ordered plate, souvlaki plates, fresh seafood, and breakfast that runs all day because good mornings should not have a deadline.

The Food

All-day breakfast. Proper lunch.

Our menu covers the full run of the day. Early risers can grab a Bacon and Egg Roll from the moment we open. Stay a little longer and you are into Haloumi Towers, French Toast, and our full breakfast mains. Come midday, the kitchen shifts into souvlaki plates, chicken schnitzel, salt and pepper squid, and grilled barramundi.

And the Portuguese chicken burger? It is on the menu because it is genuinely hard to beat.
